I agree. With a huge Parliamentary majority, Sir Kier Starmer doesn't need to do any re-shuffling of his cabinet to gain more support. He may have had a brief / terse discussion with Louise Haigh, behind closed doors in Downing Street, but that's all it warranted. 
The problem is a political party that has been in opposition for 4 years Ministers have to learn the "hold your tongue regarding you personal opinions and only express the Cabinet line" its a difficult lesson for a politician to learn

A senior minister told The Sun: “If there was a reshuffle tomorrow I think she would be gone.
Huge pinch of salt when it comes to one wagging tongue off the record.The story goes on to say that "most ministers" (again, no names) expect there won't be a reshuffle until after the May 2025 local elections.
