Ultra-luxury train operator Belmond has cancelled the inaugural UK journey of the "Britannic Explorer" for the second time this month.

A three-night "twin suite" trip from London to Wales, travelling through Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) to the Pembrokeshire coast, starts from £6,300 per passenger.

The impression that I got was that it was double headed to St Davids then T & T back to London. Is that a better configuration to get up the bank to Central ?
I was thinking of going up to Westbury White Horse on Sat morning.

Lovely shot, thank you Clan Line.

If a diesel with 12 coaches runs up to Exeter Central, will it need a banker loco?
Seems too heavy for a single engine to take up the bank.

It is supposedly running 'top and tail' from Exeter St Davids to Central and onwards along The Mule.

It will be also making an appearance on the B&H and The Mule on Saturday (18/06) behind Class 50s 50007 and 50049

From Victoria to Exeter St Davids via the B&H

and back via The Mule
